Confrence unit on Norstar 1

I have a Konftel 300 unit on a Norstar... Ext 235 working off an ATA. Programed for 3 intercoms and access to Pool A.
Issue is when you go on hook you get intercom tone dial 9 and you get a line out. Make call and speak -no issue when you hit the flash key on the konftel i do not get a second dialtone or intercom tone to make another call out to make a confrence call. What am I missing ??? Is there a feature code to dial after the flash button is pressed ??

Allows you to switch between your two intercom lines. When a line is in use, you hear an error tone informing you that the line is already in use.

Not sure what you mean by flash 2 ????

When you press flash itdoes not give you a second dial tone it is waiting for a feature code.

Everything works fine now but one thing. If you call in and select ext 235 (confrence set) the second call is not ringing in to the unit. First call is on line so unit is off hook and second caller is coming in thru voicemail second call is not ringing on konftel-But if the caller transfers in from another extension then the second call rings the konftel in a low tone ?????
