Conflicts in AD while upgrading 5.5 to 2003

Ok. This might be simple, but I just installed ADC on my Active Directory and connected it to exchange 5.5. There were some mailboxes that primary NT account was set to a group of people. I can understand that this is not possible in AD, but now that account got disabled in AD. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? How can this mailbox be accessed by several people?

give them right to the mailbox under exchange advance tab in users and computers mmc
