Conflict ..Somewhere? 1

My boss is saying he is supposed to be getting forwarded email from info@ourdomain.com to his external email address. I looked in the user list and didn't see an account for info in AD. I then looked in Exchange Server's mailboxes and there was no "info" address.

So I go to AD to create an account for the info and I get this message: "The name conflicts with a name of a group on the network. Change ...". So I tried to create a variation of the name and change the email alias to "info" and then I get "email alias is already being used by a group".

What am I missing? I can't find any reference to "info" anywhere. Help!

It's tied to something. Could be an extra SMTP address for an existing user account, a distribution list, a Public Folder, etc.

A simple Google search turned up this:
