Conflict between Brighstor, TSM and RSM

I have come across a problem with BrightStor, - since some of servers have been rebooted because of an anti-virus problem, TSM has failed on the following servers with " Failed on exporting RSM Database files".

When I go into Computer Management - removable storage it comes with "no interfaces have been registered".

Any ideas?
 
What antivirus are you usinng in your windows severs?

McAfee Enterprice, Symantec Corp., etc.
 
AV program is ETrust. It was preventing access to shared areas and printing.

 
The ETrust antivirus is not supported by TSM Client (HSM) for Windows.

The Etrust access to files localy when a windows client use a shareds folders, and Etrust launch recalls to the TSM server.

You can limit de recalls caused by Etrust:

1. Change Etrust Service user, asing a diferent user like usrEtrust
2. Configure in HSM client Quota for usrEtrus under target "File Space", and asign "No Recall" profile.
3. Refresh Quota policy.
