Hi fellas!

Is there a way to do it?

Don't discuss whether it's usefull - the persons that asked me is high enough in the hierarchy to bother.

As written in subject:

He/She wants to be able to confirm the sending of the "Message read" request and it should not be globally disabled.

Use delivery and read reciepts. You can set this on each message you send. Dan

To clarify:

---snipp quote
He/She wants to be able to confirm the sending of _a requested_ "Message read" _by the sender_ and it should not be globally disabled.

Will say: my CEO gets a mail. The sender wants to know whether she had read the mail. But the CEO wants to able to block this mail back.

Outlook XP asks if you want to send a reciept or not.

It is free with a CAL for Exchange 2000 so upgrade his client! Dan
