I am re-installing IIS after an uninstall and an SP6a update
I am getting a confirm file replace:
SOURCE C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32SET3075.TMP
TARGET C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\NLHTML.DLL
NO NO TO ALL OR YES
I'VE SEEN THIS BEFORE and said no in a previous install but things didn't seem to work, hence where I am now re-installing. Any help would be great.....

I would answer yes to this question, since basically what it is asking you is if you want to install the update over your old DLL. If you choose "No" or "No To All" you may have an un-functional system afterward. If you choose YES to each question, the worse that could happen is that some system file might get overwritten with an older version, in which case re-installing the software would remedy the situation.
John Vogel
johnvogel@homepage.com
<a href= HomePage
WebMaster - DataBase Administrator - Programmer
The file replacement is with an older file.
I went to MS web site and as a general rule of thumb I read not to use old file.
I'm still not sure if IIS is working or not.
I'm going to install a 6.4Gig on this machine and run IIS from here instead of the same machine as Exchange. The problem is that when I took out IIS from Exch machine it rendered it useless and I wound up reinstalling NT Option pack SP6a and then Exch SP3. now it is back up sending e-mail but not sure about IIS. Now I'm going to have to do it all over again because I'm going to rip out IIS from that machine again.
Are you up to an ODBC queston?
