Hi everybody,

When I check for the MX records for my domain (using MX-Lookup tool i.e.) it says MX records don't exist.

Here's what I've done by now:

I have a stand-alone Windows 2003 Server with POP3 / SMTP roles enabled.

I've configured my public IP address on NIC, pointing directly to this stand-alone server public IP address, configured the DNS on the Control Panel of my Server hosting (A and MX records), configured the SMTP and created POP3 accounts on the stand-alone server.

But it still does not works?

Any hints?? Thank you !!

Sil

If the MX records don't exist after setting them up through and wanting for prorogation (48 hours is long enough), then you would need to speak to your server hosting. What's your domain name so I can lookup?

The domain is eberk.com.py
More than a week I have waited, propagation should be ok.
I also can telnet mail.eberk.com.py to port 25...

Thanks ashpp!
Sil
