Does anyone know an easy way to configure clients to all connect to Exchange 2003 with a group policy. I am trying to avoid having to configure multiple users on multiple machines/profiles, or having to worry about configuring new users.

Thanks!

We used a product called profile maker. See Work well with outlook. Although it is designed to be deployed with GPO, we made it another way.

So there is no way to do this via a MS GPO?

I think you could make a mst file with the office 2003 resource kit tool.

Another way to do it is to deploy outlook via GPO with a custom installation.

I have an FAQ that takes you step by step to get it working. faq96-4996.

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Regards,

Mark
