I have sendmail running on redhat 8.0
I have an argus system that send notifications out to different people.
I have those exchange servers running as the corporate e-mail servers on a different network.
I need those notifications to be send out to exchange server and delivered to the user, but I do not know how to do that.
If somebody can guide me on how to do this if possible, I will gladly appreciate it.

REgards,
flash.

Hi,

use smarthost to forward all your mails to exchange server.

Thanks for the reply dbase, I think I just encountered the main problem.
Argus is on private network, it does not have a way to be able to even ping the future smart host.
Either way that I go, I have to ask the private companies that we give services to, to open the ports to be able to connect to the outside world.

Any ideas still on how to resolve this thing?

Thinking about it, Flash.
