Configuring incoming call route and ARS SCN

Hello friends,

I have 2 IP Office connected with SCN ( Site A and Site B)
In site A i have Analogue line connected to IP Office (outgoing id 5 and ingoing id 3)
i want that all user in site B can make calls with the analogue line in site A ( outgoing and incoming call).
How can i do that please .

set your ARS do dial over what ever LG ID the SCN is.
