Configuring I2050 IP phone for ACD 3

Anyone know how to configure the I2050 for ACD. I've configured one phone (version 3.04, have also reverted back to version 2.00.0254) on my desktop and the non-ACD extension works fine. Problem is I haven't been able to figure out a way to log an agent into the phone. Documentation says there suppose to be an Incalls line key, but I don't see it. With the TN configuration below I see just the ACD group number (4006) on line key 0 display of the soft phone and pressing it doesn't prompt me to enter an Agent ID. Anyone got any ideas?

in the configuration for the 2050 phone - need to check the symposium box - even if you do not have symposium.

I beleive it is under the Server Type tab.

Yes. that is correct!.

Ensure that the checkbox for Symposium is checked in the i2050 set up.

To log in
Click the in calls key
Enter Agent ID
Enter #
Click In calls.
Phone will now be in not ready.

For multiple Q assignment
Login Option entries
The login options require the following entries:
A four-digit Agent ID
A Supervisor ID (if your queue requires one)
Up to five ACD DNs and priority values (if priority values are being
used), terminated by ##.
Logging in: No Supervisor ID, No Priority
To login using the No Supervisor ID, No Priority option:
1. Click InCalls.
2. Dial Agent ID #.
3. Dial ACD DN 1 #.
4. Dial ACD DN 2 #.
5. Dial ACD DN 3 #.
6. Dial ACD DN 4 #.
7. Dial ACD DN 5 ##.

Logging in: Supervisor ID, No Priority
To login using the Supervisor ID, No Priority option:

That was it. Had to change the server type to Meridian 1 before it let me set the Symposium checkbox. Setting 'type' to CS1000M won't let you select the 'Symposium' option.
