Hello All,

We have Exchange 2003 Server installed and it seems to be running propertly.

Problem I am having is that we want to be able to access our email with Ms Outlook from home.

On Exchange System Manager we have setup RPC-HTTP to be "RPC-HTTP back-end server"

Since this is the only Exchange Server and will be our Main Mail Server I am not sure if it needs to be front end or back end.

When I type in it asks for login and password. When I type in again, I am not able to login and I get "You are not authorized to view this page" HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the request source.

When I type and I type in my login and password, it looks like it works but I just get a blank page.

Can someone please let me know what i'm doing wrong

Everything seems to be running perfectly but i'm only having problems trying to connect to the Exchange Server using Ms Outlook from Home.

Thanks,
Marcelo

Was wondering if anyone can help. thanks

Did you ever find a resolution to this single server setup? I am researching the same type of single server setup and all Microsoft documentation states a dual exchange server setup for rpc over http, a front end and a back end. It appears that rpc over http for exchange requires two exchange servers, a front and and back end configured.
