I need some tips on configuring the MD110 to have DISA and DID facilities. What are the software and hardware requirements. Do I have to buy seperate hardware to achieve this ?

What kind of routes you are using? Analog, ISDN etc. Normally DISA is a licence no need of hardware. DID needs no hw or lic. only the proper route.

Hi Kank;
I have both ISDN and analogue lines. The ISDN are configured as external destination code with coordinated numbering plan through VSAT link. The analogue lines are also VSAT (FXS) lines from a different provider. I would like to use the two routes though the PABX such that a user on VSAT 1 (analogue)line can call users in VSAT2 (ISDN) and vice versa. Tell me if DISA or DID can be a good solution.
Thanks

Why are you using DISA for this, can you please explain what you want to do!

Telelion;
What I would like to do is have calls from the Analogue VSAT user be able to acces the PABX and communicate with other user in the coordinated number plan. This means if someone calls from the FXS VSAT trunks, by dialing a code one can dial users in the ISDN Route. Similarly the ISDN users can call the Analogue user though the same way. I had a feeling with the two DISA position this is possible. If there is any other better way please assist,
