Configuring CO Trunk

Hi to all!

System: Avaya Definity G3 V11, managed by ASA

I recently connected an analog line in one TN747 CO Trunk card, and configured one new CO trunk-group, this trunk group receive's the call with a vector who gives a message and collects an extension number to redirect the call to a specific extension, this trunk are to use it as an incoming trunk to receive calls from outside of the plant, everything seems ok but when i tested i found the following problem, when i called this analog number from an outside number, everithing looks good, i ear the announcement and when i select the extension, rings but when the extension don't answer the call, but when i hang the call from the outside phone, the trunk keeps active until the voicemail of that extensions answer and record 2 minutes o nothing, until that the trunk are ready for another call, what i want to do is when the outside phone hang, because of no response after the extension selection, the call ends and the trunk keeps idle not active until the voicemail answer.

I hope i explain myself and anyone can help

Look on page 2 of your CO Trunk Group. Check to see if you have an "Answer Supervision Timeout"

Hi dtlegend123 this is the configuration of my trunk group, it seems like yours but i still got the problem, i include the Vector that do the collection of the extension to see yif there is anything wrong
