Configuring CLT and RLT on I2004.

Hi,

I am trying to configure a I2004 similar to a 3904 in which it includes CLT and RLT functions.

But for some reason i cannot set it on any keys! Is there a step i am missing first?

On a related matter, My 3904 TN configuration of the key designations shows up different to what actually ends up on the phone. How is this possible??

CLT AND RLT can only go on Keys 27 and 28, are these the ones your trying to put them on

I can see and set CLT and RLT on keys 27 and 28 on a 3904 but i cannot do this on an I2004.

Is there a feature or software revision i am missing? How do i find out?

Again, I say post the TNB of both phones so we can see how they are programmed so we don't have to keep guessing at an answer.

There's no direct access to these keys until CS rls. 5.X.

You have to push the telephone book symbol to get into the menue, and then select the desired points.
