Just took over servicing a BCM50 account and they have 1 remote IP phone user. (We're in Montana, user in Arizona). I'm familiar with the BCM, but have never configured and IP phone. The customer configured the phone and can ping it's IP address, but it won't connect with the BCM and begin working. Customer says the display reads "Prompt PW" and have entered 26567*738 and 23646 from the phone as passwords, thinking that this is what the phone is waiting for. No success. Any suggestions? Thanks.
