Configuring a PIX to access PCAnywhere across the internet

I'm trying to put a conduit permit line in a PIX so that I can access my desktop using PCAnywhere...<br>
I used the following lines (examples of):<br>

conduit permit tcp host 10.10.10.10 any eq 5631<br>
conduit permit udp host 10.10.10.10 any eq 5632<br>
<br>
&quot;10.10.10.10&quot; representing my desktop ip...<br>
<br>
It's not working and I'm not sure what else to try.<br>
Any suggestions?<br>
