I have a DID (4656) that needs to ring 4 phones/extensions in the group AT THE SAME TIME. The members in the group are non-DIDs.

Whats the best way to set this up? I tried building a hunt group and adding the members in, but I'm only able to ring one phone in the group after calling the DID for the group...

Thanks in advance!

Create a coverage answer group with the 4 phones. Create a coverage path which sends all calls to the new coverage answer group. Assign this new coverage path to the hunt group.

Add hunt group with no members (= busy extension)
put a cover path in the hunt group.
Create a cover answer group with the members
put this in the Coverage Path.
you can also create a buton hunt-night service (hunt-ns)
to toggle between the Cover path and the Night Service Destination.
I think this will work.

rook we talked about this didnt we? is it ST B? go with the coverage answer group like we talked about.

Thanks for the responses, i ended up making the DID 4656 a physical phone, and added bridged appearance of it to the 3 other phones. The customer liked that setup the best for this environment.
