Can anyone help me out in configuring this switch using a Macintosh system?

I have 6 Macs and a printer that needs to be on this network. I am having a problem utilizing our T1 line in relation to using this switch. Currently it is acting like an expensive HUB and only one Mac can get internet access and 3 cannot be seen on the network. I also need to connect on PC to this network.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

First of all, I'm not a Mac user but that should not be the problem. Connect to your switch with your web browser.
Hit in 192.168.101.1 (in the adress field) if you haven't change the standard adress. Check that all ports is on and at "AutoNego"

Also disable spanning tree if possible, if not then change each port to FastStart
