Configureing SOund Card

I upgraded From redhat7.2 to 8.0 where as i was Getting sound on 7.2 Without configureing the sound card.....Now i cant get Sound on the 8.0......i tried Xconfiguration it says this
[Tack@Svirc-irc Tack]$ Xconfiguration
bash: Xconfiguration: command not found
Question how do i get in to configure it??

Maybe he used the 'sndconfig' command?

The 'Xconfigurator' command has been replaced on RH80 with 'redhat-config-xfree86'. The command has nothing to do with sound cards, however. Its for setting up your video settings to run X.

netmind, if 'sndconfig' doesn't do it for you, what sound card are you using?

sndconfig did not work
I have a Yahmaha card. When I have the system check hardware it shows the card as: OPL3-SAX Driver: ad1848 I checked RHat's compatability list and it does show it.

What didn't work in 'sndconfig'? Where are you looking where you see the card and driver?
