configure Microsoft outlook to receive an external e-mail

Hello every body
how can i configure Microsoft outlook to receive an external e-mail because i already have a network and microsoft outlook working good in the internal mail but how can i configure it to send and receive an external mail

You mean how do you configure it for another account, like a POP3 account? Most ISPs have directions on their websites on how to configure Outlook.

But two mail services in Outlook at the same time is A Bad Idea - much better for your Exchange Server to be configured to connect to the Internet and use it to send and receive externally.

maybe you can use another email software,thunderbird.
