configure IVR

Dears,

I have a task to configure IVR (Interactive voice response )in my cisco 2800 series (cisco callmanager express).from the documentation I read that you must configure the application that interacts with the dial peer using "Router(config)# call application voice name url" command but this command is not available at my router.

What Can i do?

Do you have the right IOS that will support the feature?
What your show version show?

This option has to be purchased from CISCO as far as I know and comes as a license.

my ios version is:version 12.4

now i want to ask whether it's correct version or i need to make upgrade because i read the document which make IVR in cisco callmanager version 12.1(3).

it seems that the company will pay for this oprtion.

IVR is for Callmanager, not for Call Manager express

Call Manager runs on a cluster of servers to provide telephony services. Call Manager Express runs on an IOS based router. Call Manager has more features and supports more users.
