I just saw your entry on the Tek-tips website and you have been the only miracle on the web with Imail configuration resolutions.

The only problem i'm having is configuring the program (Imail v.6).

I recently purchased a domain name from godaddy, who is offering MX record capabilities.

I aslo have my godaddy.com domain name being forward to no-ip address, due to DNS issues. So, my website is up and functioning just fine (fyi, no-ip aslo has MX record capabilities).

Basically I just don't know where to start. I can't send/receive emails. I read and read the Imail documentation, but to no avail. Its seems very simple, but I'm just having the worse time figuring this puzzle out.

Any assitance would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you,

FYI,
I created the MX entry in both godaddy (ie. mail.mydomain.com) and no-ip (ie. mail.sytes.net). But would like to use my domain name created from Godaddy.

Used the DNS servers from godaddy (park7.secureserver.net). Default mail host: (localhost) for smtp.

I will be using Pop3.

In the past I've found the I-mail tek folks really good to work with. Have you checked the event logs for error messages? Good luck and keep in touch.
