configuration siemens office com (hicom 150e)

can any one help me in programming Siemens pabx office com (hicom 150e) how can make external calls? cause i cant make external cause when i dial 9 there is no tone and its always give (busy at the moment), so can anybody help me in this , and if there a programming manual for this procedure cause iam not familiar with siemens >

I agree with Bas1234 - the 150 is not that easy to mess around with; there are different software tools and different procedures depending on which software version it's at, whether it is the officepro or officecom, you have to have the right circuit cards for the trunks you want to use, etc.

I would search for a vendor in your area that services it, or contact Black Box Voice Services, which is who I use in those rare situations I need service help.

If it WAS working normally and it's not now it could be that you have one or more trunks out of service or the card in the system failed.
