Configuration of i2004

I have a BCM50 with i2004 phones attached. Some of the i2004 phones do not allow a pc to work on the pc outlet on the i2004. What configuration changes have to occur to allow the pc to work through the phone.
Any help appreciated,

Been awhile since I have looked at an i2004, but scroll through your settings, there should be a spot to "enable PC port" Choose "auto" for port speed and duplex. Then plug in your laptop and see if you can pull an IP address through the phone

Thanks! I have a place for pc port where 0 is off and 1 is on, I presume this to be the same area you are referring to.
