Question: Is there a way to redirect a call that goes unanswered to the main telephone number from one site to another site that is network together. We do not have any type of call center service.

Scenario: Site A operators have reduced from 2 to 1 people, The single operator is having a problem getting to the phone calls that are coming into the office. If a call goes unanswered, is there a way to send the call to site B office to be answered by another operator?

If it is a normal phone, just FDN. you can FDN to an outside number, or CDP number. Pretty much anything.

If it is a M2250 Attendant console, then I would sugest looking at the feature(s) Attendant Forward No Answer and Attendant Alternative Answering. both are in the Feature Books, which are alphabetized by feature name:

GHTROUT - Its a M2250. do you know of any downside to features you listen about. I.E. lose of CLID?

If it comes in PRI from the CO, then crosses a PRI TIE line to the second site, the original CLID should travel with it.

The downside is "What if the other Operator, or person at the second site, is gone".
