Configuration Help!

Good Afternoon! Due to cutbacks, we have lost our receptionist, and now i am tasked with an IPO 406 which i need to configure so that when the main number rings (ext 341), certain people within the staff. As it currently stands, we have a button programmed as "User," and it rings from "Ext 341," but we actually want it to ring the peoples' desks. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this done? Thanks in advance!

If the staff telephones are in a ring group then divert the receptionists phone to that group:

Thanks, Intigrant! I have all the users assigned to a ring group in Manager. I also have the number in which the incoming calls going to as a group, now, do i want to put the user's ring group as the fallback under the Out of Service fallback group?
