Config notes - solid docs AES 5.2 with Varint 7.8

Can anyone point in the direction of any solid documnetation. I'm trying to run up and AES - failing badly! My first System Platform/AES.

Running up the AES server (have tried 3 times) and when i attmept to browse to the Web console I get no response.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. Also looking for config notes on the Varint side also. I have the doc's that come with the media bundle but could use some help there as well

What protocol do you want to build to connect to Varint? Is it Varint or Verint?

I dont know how you browsing but try that way:

https://<IP

address of AES server>/MVAP/index.jsp

Only port 443 is open on AES_linux firewall

If it doesn't help login to AES via SSH and check if mvap process is running:

service mvap status

and provide a result here.
