..this possible? If so, how do you do it?

I just had a bunch of bigwigs trying to make a conference call from our Polycom unit, but when they hit the flash key, it went to the receptionist here (x 6000)??

I had to have them make the other end initiate the conference call because I couldn't figure it out....

Any ideas as to where I should look?

Thanks for any help! :)

Tommy

The 500 port needs the following programmed:

CLS xfa (this will allow 3party conference)
CLS c6a (this with xfa will alow 6 party conference)

Thank you, kind sir. [2thumbsup]

Tomorrow I'll give it a shot and let ya know how it went.

Once you checked the CLS for the conference feature, insure that the phone is not restricted from making external calls.

I have the exact problem, will try and let you know if this works.
