We are using Call Pilot to front end our Contact Center and have come across a problem. When someone tries to conference through these menus we get a Call Pilot message saying you call cannot be completed.
This happens when a selection is made for a transfer so my first thought is the system cannot transfer a call that already using a conference pack time slot.
Anyone else have experience or thoughts with this scenario??
