Conferencing on a MICS

On a MICS 7.0 with PRI, is there any way to conference more than three people together? I know I could conference one external and one internal, then have the second add an external and another internal, and so on, but that would tie up all of the phones pretty quickly. The set I'm using is a T7316E with 4 intercom keys.
