Conferencing Manager installation error

Hi

Been trying to install conferencing manager, running W2K/SP4 with MF XPe/FR3, everthing else is working fine except for when trying to install i get the following error "The Metaframe COM server Service is currently unavailable, enable this service and try again" this service is running and everything else is working fine, Nfuse, apps etc... are all running ? i think this has to do with when the conferencing manager trys to auto publish the application

any suggestions, cant seems to find anything on the web

thanks for the reply, managed to sort out though, it seems that the com service wasnt registerd, found in one of the docs on the cd that you can run mfcom.exe /RegServer, run the command and all installed fine
