Can someone tell me what the conferencing limitations are within the Magix? The site is using 4412D+ phones.

2 outside and 2 inside.

I forgot to mention that the above DOES NOT include the extention initiating the conference call - so, in reality, it is 2 outside plus 3 inside extentions (including the conference call originator).

I have a 4424 console and set up a conference call for CEO using call 2 ext. numbers and one int number. I placed the call on hold so that the conference wouldn't drop. The problem is I can recieve calls on the console but can not transfer in-coming calls. Why is the on hold conference affecting call transfering?

Thanks

The problem is, you have ran out of System Access
(Intercom) Buttons.

You can have up to 10 on any given extension.

Allot of the phone buttons are programmed for direct trunk access can these used in setting up conference calls without using up the intercom lines?

If you have a few blank keys available - just program them as system access buttons - that should give you the extra line-answering capacity you need.
