Hi!

I have installed IP Office 4.1(12), ConfCenter 2.0 and VM Pro 3.2 and set up everything (I think) by the book but something is missing, because when I intent to connect to conference I get the message that there's been a failure.
With short code a access the conferencing module in VMPro, but I can not connect to conference.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?!

Make sure you have the latest releases

The ipoffice is at 4.1.2 so your vmpro should be 4.140 or 42 (prefered)

Conference center is 3.2.15 now :
ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management
______________
Women and cats can do as they please and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea!

Make sure you have .NET and ISS running on the Conference Center box.

OK
I am downloading it now.

But I am interested in several things:
- can I join conference only dialing short code that is pointed to VMPro module?
- where I should put Bridge number in IP Office?
- when I hear "Please enter your conference ID and press # (pound/hash) to finish" I should enter:
- only the conf ID following by #
- conf ID with participant's ID
- or something else?

I thought that it is a bit complicated then it realy is.

It was a problem with sw versions. Now it is working properly.

Thanks guys!!
