I've been asked to provide an ASP-based app that allows employees to reserve conference rooms in our office. This app would have all the bells and whistles like allowing the user to serach for available rooms for a particular date, you know all the good stuff a nice app like this should provide. I'm guessing this app has been made already be dozens of people.

Does anyone know where I can buy some code for this or find examples to work from for something like this? Thanks.

David,

Did you ever find any Conference room reservation code? I am in the midst of this kind of project. Could you direct me to any resources?

Thank you

Here's what I found and purchased. The product is called Resource Scheduler. It functions well, it's easy to set up, but its interface looks a little primitive, but that will improve with time and versions hopefully. The point is that it works.

If you have MS Exchange (or Lotus Domino) then you can add a reservations system to that, and this can be viewed over the internet (if you have allowed Web access).

This has the benefit of being widely used by your staff (via Outlook), as well as being remotely available.

But the redesoft app did look good though.

TTFN!

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried Lotus Notes, but the group that needs it, wants it restricted to just their group- and Lotus Notes does notallow for that- atleast that's what the Lotus Notes Admin told me.
Also, we are not in a position to purchase software.

But once again, thank you.
