Conference Room on Ipecs/emg 80 1

Hi, My customer has created passwords for all the 9x conference rooms and has misplaced it. Is there anyway the Conference Room passwords can be removed, so that everything is back to its default state

To join a Conference Room
1. Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button.
2. Dial “59”, the Conference Room entry code.
3. Dial the Conference Room Number.
4. Dial the Conference Room password, if required.

To transfer an active call to a Conference Room
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial “59”, the Conference Room entry code.
3. Dial the Conference Room Number.
4. Dial the Conference Room password.
5. Hang-up to complete the transfer.


To open a Conference Room
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial “53” to create a Conference Room.
3. Dial the desired Conference Room number (“1”~”9”).
4. If desired, enter a password (exactly 5 digits) for the Conference Room.
5. Press [HOLD/SAVE] button to open the Room.

To close a Conference Room
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial “54”, the close Conference Room code.
3. Dial the Conference Room number (1~9)
4. Dial the Conference Room password.
5. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to delete the Conference Room.


To view Room participant list (from main attendant phone only)
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial “054”.
3. Dial Room number (“1”~”9”).

To delete a Conference Room (from main attendant phone only)
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial “055”.
3. Dial Room number (“1”~”9”).
