Conference Room Calendars Intranet.

All our users have access to our conference rooms which are actually users with viewable boxes. We use their (the conference rooms) calendars for scheduling.

Is there a way to see these calendars as a web page I would like to create a "view" that can show the multitude of them in one page or time frame so someone can get a quick view of all rooms at that time.

If outlook is installed in its default location try using this as a link in the web browser. I did this a while back and cant remeber for the life of me how I did it....let me look around and see what I can come up with. Until then try inserting this link in a web browser

outlook:\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\public_folder_name_here

Got it figured out.
To access Public Folders via web browser.

http://servername/public/calendarname/
