I currently have a customer with an 0X32 that is unable to conference calls. Customer is on 4.0 or 4.1 software. I have tested the trunks and it is in the system. My intent is to replace the feature cartridge. My question is if I replace the cartridge, will I lose programming? I am currently running a PRI and will this effect my key codes? Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

How many intercom keys do you have programmed to the sets? How are you trying to accomplish the conference call? Did this just stop working?

I have 2 intercom keys assigned to each set. It was working fine and just stopped working, per customer.

first 4.1 is the first release for pri...2nd it sucked replace/upgrade to 5.0 or 6.1 WI 6.10 if you upgrade you need to replace with a rel 2 feature cartridge..i believe you will have to do a backup then replace feature cartridge then do a restore...all programming was lost on replacement of feature cartridge then after you do the restore you can do a upgrade with e software release "pcmia card" again let me stress the 4.1 software release had a lot of bugs with PRI...the PRI keycode are in ksu should not lose but i would contact vendor who sold them to make sur eif lost they have access to nortel to get new ones
