I can't for the life of me figure out how to access the conferencing features of this Polycom voicestation 300 on our IP Office system.

if people call in to our receptionist and she puts them on hold i can't figure out how to get them transferred and get them into a conference call with other people that may be already on the line or who still on hold possibly.

It's called a conference phone because it sits on a conference table usually in a conference room and is designed for several people sat around it calling another single destination (usually another conference phone), it is not designed to hold and control multi point conferences using the system conference resources like a system digital/IP handset would.

You need to have the receptionist build all participants into a conference on her system phone then add the "conference" phone last. Or use conference meet me or last resort use shortcodes on the conference phone as you would do uding any analogue handset :)
