MICS 6.1 with loy=ts of working phones.

Conference phone is extension 226, can get dial tone, dial outside, or to other extensions....shows itself as 226

Reception 221 diils 226 and nothing.

Changed ATA and got 246...Changed DNs 226 to 246 and 221 can dial 246 to get conference phone...changed DN back to 226 and 221 calls, but there is no ring at 226

Chnaged DN back to 246 and 221 can get a call through

Why do youy think that happens?

No idea but just for the hell of it try these:

Turn set relocate off and plug in a normal set (7208 if have) to that port.
Make sure to press F#85 and F#4.
Check Forward No Answer in Capabilities is set to None.
Disable the port in maintanence then re-enable.
See if a few phones can call it.
Swap set for the ATA and test with conference unit, if still and issue try your test set on the ATA.

It might also me corruption, startup and program from scratch might fix it.

Sound like something like some issues I've have over the years. Follow curlycord // real good start . If all checks out // try hooking butt set to the ata and see if rings, If not maybe try putting the ata on a spare port (keeping the new DN and try. (Sounds like a flakey port) If it ring through just do a DN change and you should be good to go.
Just a sot in the dark.
