Hi,

We have an mxone tsw sp8. iplu card configuired to connect 30+ ip phone to work main offices thru wan radio connection. now some offices wanted to use conference phone (spider phone).
how can i connect conferenece phone . tsw sp8 only support H323.
We have spare analog lines at main site.how can i bring these analog lines to other sites thru radio. in that case analog conference phone can use.
any solution please?

Thanks in advace
Regards

To TSW users that need wireless conference phones, I suggest you use a type where you have a radio base station to come with the conference telephone. The radio base station should be able to connect to an analogue line in the MD110 TSW.

Thanks doktor,

The problem is the remote site were we are using 30 ip phones is 5 km away.
the pabx mx one is at HQ, both the place are in same network thru radio.
we have to use the conference phone at remote site were the ip phones are.
the analoge lines are only available in HQ were the pabx is.
the cable facility between the sites to take the analog line there.
any solution in your mind.

regards

Could you use the DRG22i unit to give you an analogue extn?

Hi yorkie9,

it seems DRG22i Only work with SIP protocol,
what next

Hi yorkie 9,
Thanks for the tip, I confirm with aastra supplier the the DRG22i will work with mxone.

Thanks again
Regards

Yes, I don't know where your info came from but you can use DRG22i as a H.323 endpoint for 2 x analogue extensions against TSW

Hi teenu3

glad to help out, we have had some DRG22i running for a four or five years a bit fiddly to initially set up but once working no issues

lots of life left in the old MD110 telephony switch

think you will need to upgrade to telephony server if you want to make use of SIP? There are two routes you can go, full server or Hybrid, if you do go hybrid system and be able to make use of the blue star client/soft phone and integrate it with Microsoft Exchange/Lync as well as keeping analogue and digital extensions to give you real flexibility and options for your companies communications.
