conference on softkey missing

Situation: BC12SP7, DBC3213; MD is adjusted to go automatically to DTMF-Mode during call (pressing "9" no longer needed). It means that conferences can not longer be initiated with "3". This is wished.

Problem: If you want to have an internal extension in conference - no Problem. Conf-Key is offered on softkey.

If you want to have an external caller in conference - not possible. Conf-Key is not offered on softkey.

What is the problem?

Just to find out whether it is a "key problem"?

Hi', I thing you have Call Metering assigned to the trunk and that's why the conference softkey is missing ( now the softkey act as "show price" ).
