Hi.

I saw an earlier thread (thread806-1455936) regarding making conference on an IPphone using suffix key.
Did you get it to work?
Regardless of that the configfile say that suffix 3 should be for conference and that the ASPAC.s are correct we can´t get it to work.
Any clues?

what type of IP phone do you have?

What You See Is What You Get
Never underestimate tha powah of tha google!

It is mostly the "little" ones 4422 that has the problem since the bigger has the softkey option for conference. But none of them can use the button 3 to start a conference.

ok, I need more info:

what is your pbx version? (MD110(CADAP;) or TSE (ts_about)
what ip boards are you using (ELU32, IPLU)
what is the firmware of the board (CNBIP:BPOS=xx-xx-xx;)
what is the firmware of your phones (IPERP;)?

what is the content of your config file? post it here

I don´t think it have ever worked, or is it a known fault?
The pbx i TS 3.2 sp2 but I think we have the same in TSW.s.
IPLF R3F.

No matter what fw we use for the phones, no difference that I have seen anyhow.

I got it working in the lab.

show your config file + iperp

ok,

to make this clear:

supported suffix services in H323 mode are:

?Intrusion
?CallWaiting
?CallBack
?CallPickUp

in SIP mode you have:

?Intrusion (default value = 4)
?CallWaiting (default value = 5)
?CallBack (default value = 6)
?CallPickUp (default value = 8)
?Conference (default value = 3)

so if you are working in H323, you MUST use the function key.
