Conference Not working on IP 1120e

Hi All,

I am having a problem with Conferencing on IP 1120e sets. The button seems to be not working on the sets. This is what has been configured in phones;

Whst do you mean by "The button seems to be not working"? Describe what you are trying to do, what you think the button should be doing, and what it actually does.

By conferencing I would assume you mean 'Speakerphone' <in this case> as you have A06 setup properly on Key 18. I notice that you DO NOT have HFA enabled in CLS which is Hands-Free Allowed so you won't be able to 'conference' with speakerphone without that enabled. So, just go to your CLS prompt on the phone build and type hfa and press enter. Then you can use your handsfree key that is to the left of the numpad

HFA is there and its working also. but i think we need conference loop for this.
when i call one phone and press the conference soft button, the first caller is put on hold. i dial the second caller and gets connected. now when i press the conference button again i should get both the parties into the conference with me, but this is not happening.

Is the second call made using a trunk without answer supervision? A trunk call cannot be conferenced until the CS 1000 knows that it is answered.

If a different phone tries the same sequence, does it have the same problem?

Try changing CLS FTTC to FTTU.
Check the phone firmware.
Check MGC loadware.(We had this issue with the loadware before)
Also make sure you press the conference button again after the second party answers the call.
Check the conference loop for the concenrned super loop.
