I have an IPO500 running 4.0.14 and Voicemail Pro. I already have three "Meet Me" codes but I want to add a few more. I created the modules in the Voicemail Pro and made similar shortcodes to my existing "Meet Me" codes but I can not get them to work. Can anyone tell me what I missed?

what happens when you dial the codes?

First off 4.0 anything is awful, upgrade it if possible this may well solve the issue too :)

Well I do plan on upgrading soon, I just am too tired of off hours work and was putting off.

When I put in the code I get an INCOMPATIBLE DISC

Or if I call the COnference center and enter the code or Conference ID I get dead air.

The license is IP500 UPgarde Standard to Professional. I have three "meet me" programmed already (done by the guys who installed it). I inherited this system and Honestly I'm new to Phone systems, My background is Network Engineering and my boss thinks I can do anything... Well he is not far off as long as I have forums like this one. But I'm trying to add new programmed "meet me" but I just seem to be missing something. Does anyone have a link to a install guide or manual that describes the process? Something I can compare what I did to what I'm suppose to do.

ok I did my upgrade to Manager 4.2(17) and Voicemail Pro 4.2(30) and it still doesn't work.

Holladay- I'm just a bit leary to try your download since I don't how it will effect the programming already in my Voicemail Pro Client.

download it, open it offline and copy the programming.

No problem. It will not modify your existing configuration in any way it will simply ADD two additional modules (menuConference and menuSetConfPass). You can always delete these two new modules if you don't like them. You can also use the programming in them to make your own modules.

menuConference has 10 pre-defined conference bridges each with a password that is set using menuSetConfPassword. Each bridge is accessed with a transfer to 55510 through 55519 (used since 555 isn't a valid/often used area code nor prefix in the U.S. and since VMP doesn't care much for * nor # most times in transfers).
