Conference Loop for MOH

Anyone know how I can verify that my conference loop 30 is set to hold my music on hold? Can't seem to figure out why the music on hold doesn't work for the attendant to put callers on hold, but other sets (2008's) can do it.

MOH works on set to set, also if I call my direct DN on my cell phone, it works there, just not coming through the operator.
