conference key not working.

Hi all.

On a cs1000, I have a user with a 2216 set, and on a key I put on key AO6, and on another a TRN key.

When I try the conference key, or the transfer key, neither does anything.
I moved to different keys as a test, but the same happened.

Yessir.

The phones are configured exactly the same as another phone doing the same job.

As this is an ACD phone controlled via Symposium or Contact Centre etc, you might have to resort resetting that application if all else fails?. It is certainly very odd.

When you try the conference key are you already on an established call? Conference key doesn't do anything if you aren't on a call.
Seems obvious but I frequently hear end-users saying "my conference key doesn't work". They expect it to do something when they are not on a call.

I had the entry re-done by the people who handled Aura.
And it worked.
