conference issue

We have an issue with conferencing for a remote site (s8300,cm 4.0)

They can't do external conferecing ,meaning that they can conference 2 people internally but if the 2 people are external to the compnay..they can't.

i dont see any denial event in list trace.

any clues what do i check?

First, "display sync" to ne certain the primary source was added appropriately. Next "Status synchronization" to be certain timing is from the proper source.
