Conference feature code on analog stations

I have a pair of S8710, and I'm running ASA 3.1.

I have 5 analog stations that present dial tones to a 911 phone system for my dispatchers to place & recieve non-emergency calls. I want to be able to set up conferencing on these lines (to conference multiple callers).

I cannot find the config page where I specify what feature code to use for conferencing on analog stations. Nor do I know if that's even the right way to approach the issue.

Any help appreciated!

Use the flash button on the analog phone to initiate hold and conferefence.
