CONFERENCE CARD

WE HAVE AN OPTION 81C, I NEED TO ADD A DUAL PRI CARD, BUT THERE IS NO AVAILABLE LOOP LEFT. I DISABLED THE CONFERENCE CARD TO USE THE LOOP. I'VE NOTICE SOME CALLERS ARE PUT ON HOLD AND DON'T GET MOH. ANY SUGGESTIONS? THANKS

next you'll notice users that can't transfer.. the conf card is used for not only conf but also moh and transfer.

Replace any single LOOP cards with DUAL LOOP cards.

IS THEIR A WAY TO BYPASS THE DISABLED CONFERENCE CARD SO I CAN USE THE LOOP AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE CAN TRANSFER AND HAVE MUSIC ON HOLD WITH OUT GETTING A WHOLE NEW NETWORK CABINET?

Or, remove Music On Hold - very few people will notice or care?...maybe?

I assume you had two CONF/TDS cards in the shelf before your change and now you only have one CONF/TDS card. If you had only one before and now have zero, you will have problems until a Conf/TDS is added.
